Privacy Policy

The short version
- Don't Swipe does not collect, upload, sell or share any personal data.
- Your photos never leave your phone. The app only displays the ones you pick.
- There are no ads, analytics, tracking or accounts.
- Purchases are handled by Google Play, not by us.
What the app does
Don't Swipe lets you choose specific photos and videos and lock your phone to them, so you can hand your phone to someone without giving them access to the rest of your gallery or other apps. Leaving the locked view requires your fingerprint, face, or an unlock PIN you create in the app.
Information we collect
None. The app has no servers and makes no network requests of its own, other than through Google Play Billing when you choose to buy or restore Pro.
Information stored only on your device
To work, the app keeps a small amount of information in its private storage on your phone. None of it is sent anywhere, and the app's data is excluded from device backups.

Photos and videos
The app reads only the photos and videos you choose, either through Android's system photo picker or by sharing them to Don't Swipe from another app. It does not request access to your whole photo library, and it does not scan, analyze, copy or upload your media.
Fingerprint and face unlock
Biometric unlock uses Android's built-in biometric prompt. Your fingerprint and face data are handled entirely by Android and your phone's secure hardware. Don't Swipe never receives or stores them; it only learns whether the check succeeded.
Clipboard
When you lock the phone, the app clears the clipboard so the person holding your phone can't paste what you last copied. The app does not read or store clipboard contents.
Purchases
Don't Swipe Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Google Play. Payment details are collected and handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. We receive only a confirmation from Google Play that the purchase is valid, which the app uses to unlock Pro features.
Third parties
Apart from Google Play Billing for purchases, the app contains no third-party services: no advertising, analytics, crash reporting or social SDKs.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Deleting your data
All data the app keeps is on your phone. To delete it, clear the app's storage in Android Settings (Apps → Don't Swipe → Storage → Clear storage) or uninstall the app. Clearing storage also removes your unlock PIN and saved collections. Your Pro purchase stays tied to your Google account and can be restored after reinstalling.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If the app ever begins collecting data, the policy will be updated before that change ships.
